Students will learn the fundamentals of sketching and garment construction to translate their personal vision onto fabric. Hands-on projects may include designing your own fashion sketches, designing flats, and garment construction with muslin using draping techniques. Whether you’re a budding designer, a fashion enthusiast, or simply curious about the magic behind clothing creation, this course will empower you to turn your ideas into reality. You do not need to be a skilled artist or sewer for this course, as students will learn how to use proper equipment and develop skills in design and creation that nurture their unique self. Learning Outcomes

Upon completing this course, students will be able to:
