Course Description
This comprehensive course provides students with a strong foundation in robotics, combining theoretical concepts with practical skills for robot design and control. Topics include planar (two-dimensional) and spatial (three-dimensional) spaces, motion planning, mechanism design for manipulators and mobile robots, rigid body dynamics, control design algorithms, actuators and sensors, task modeling, human-machine interface, and embedded software. Throughout the course, students will work on various projects and assignments that will challenge their problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Construct and demonstrate your own small robot and unlock its potential!
