Business Leadership

This interactive enrichment course introduces high school students to the core principles of business leadership. Students will explore what it means to lead in today’s fast-paced, global business environment. Topics will include leadership styles, team dynamics, ethical decision-making, entrepreneurship, communication strategies, and strategic thinking. Students will work in teams to develop and pitch a business idea, gaining firsthand experience in leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving. Whether you're considering a career in business or simply want to develop your leadership skills, this course provides the tools and confidence to lead with purpose and impact.

• Leadership style self-assessments and simulations
• Team-based challenges that explore group dynamics and decision-making under pressure
• Ethical dilemma debates that test moral reasoning in business scenarios. 
• Analyze real-world case studies of influential business leaders
• Communication workshops to practice persuasive speaking, active listening, and feedback strategies

Course Outcomes:

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
