Instructor Bio
Maulik Pandya is a lecturer in the Rosenthal Department of Management in the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He focuses on teaching graduate and undergraduate students about people and organization strategies. Pandya is a proud alumnus of the Texas McCombs Executive MBA program and holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University. More recently, he graduated from the Building Innovative Leaders program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Before joining McCombs, Pandya held executive positions for three decades at technology companies including IBM, Dell Technologies, and HP Inc. His most recent role at HP was as general manager and vice president of the Cloud Computing Group.
